It supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, making it easy to continue your daily work across devices. Routes provide connectivity; account eligibility, regional rules, and content access are determined by each platform.
Choosing routes and resolving issues
Start by checking the region of the service you want to access, then consider route type and the time of day you plan to use it. Protocol names are not speed rankings. Compare connection and usage performance under the same network conditions instead of relying on a single test.
If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status and client settings in FAQs. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with the platform, route, and error details. Do not include your password or full subscription URL in your report.
Privacy and data minimization
VPNRead follows a no-logs policy. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Data minimization means using information only as needed for accounts, subscription delivery, and support, without making unrelated personal details a condition of service.
